The Power Saving Bonus was a Victorian Government program that provided a $100 payment to address the cost of living and drive down energy bills for Victorians in need. The $100 Power Saving Bonus program closed for new applications on 31 March 2026.
To support eligible concession card households to access the $100 Power Saving Bonus, the Victorian Government partnered with Neighbourhood Houses Victoria, Energy Assistance Program partners Anglicare Victoria and Cohealth to provide state-wide community-based support. Over the phone support to apply was also delivered through the Victorian Energy Compare helpline.
Yes, if you submitted your application by 11.59pm on 31 March 2026 and you meet the eligibility requirements (including having not previously applied) you will still receive your $100 Bonus.
